All sales are final, no refunds.
In some cases, exchanges may be allowed if Hair by Leclaire customer service (Sales@HairByLeclaire.com) is contacted within 3 days of receipt, and only if items remain in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition:
- hair is in its original form with the zip-ties and tags intact
- without showing signs of wear, damage, dyes, trimmed or any other alteration
The hair pieces to be exchanged will be solely the buyer’s responsibility during transit (including all shipping costs), until received by us and are subject to approval upon receipt. We strongly recommend using UPS or Fedex trackable and insured service for sending us your exchanges.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by Hair by Leclaire, please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items ordered which were incorrectly fulfilled by us, will qualify for store credit, provided they are returned within 5 days of receipt in original form with zip-ties and tags intact.
Again, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving order, if you intend to return ANY item for exchange. Items returned for exchange MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number), issued by Hair By Leclaire customer service: Sales@HairByLeclaire.com
